Rentrieve provides document preparation services to assist tenants in recovering security deposits from landlords. Our services include:

• AI-powered analysis of your deposit dispute
• Generation of demand letters
• Preparation of small claims court documents
• Optional mail delivery of demand letters

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your dispute
• Upload authentic documents (lease agreements, correspondence, photos)
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent the facts of your case
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old to use our services

Our service fee is a one-time payment of $29. This fee covers:

• AI analysis of your case
• Custom demand letter generation
• State-specific legal violation detection
• Small claims court document preparation

Additional fees may apply for optional services such as certified mail delivery. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

The Rentrieve website, branding, and proprietary technology are owned by Rentrieve. Documents generated for your case are provided for your personal use in resolving your deposit dispute.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentrieve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using our document preparation services. Success in recovering your deposit depends on many factors outside our control, including the merits of your case and the actions of your landlord.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
